Refund policy

Returns: All products are bespoke and made-to-measure. Returns are not applicable unless the product has been received defective.

Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Kritika Singh within 24 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return.

We do not provide the option of exchange for reasons like color mismatch and exchange for size.

No money for the returned product will be refunded, a credit note will be generated for the value of returned goods.

However in the case of a possible size alteration, we can accomodate the request at an added cost where all shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to:  16 Circuit House Area (East) , Road no.9, Near XLRI, Bistupur, Jamshedpur-831001

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
